Chris Brown's new video, directed by Erik White, stands out as one of the best that Brown's done. The song "With You" is really touching and everything, but the slick dancing on the street, the seamless color changes of his sweater, and the trapped-in-time traffic scene is pretty impressive for just a ballad.
