Yesterday, my personal favorite was the classic Oscar de la Renta who had this gorgeous emerald green, gothic lace dress that sort of reminds me of the Little Mermaid--but in a good way. I also loved his tweed, high-collared, pleated skirt dress; high-collared, red shimmery, cinched mini; and the low-cut black mini with gold metallic details on the bottom.
Carolina Herrera wasn't as impressive. The only outfit I thought was barely interesting was one that looked like colorful cracked concrete (left).
Today, Badgley Mischka and Monique Lhuillier have already hit the runway, and soon Rodarte, J. Mendel, Dennis Basso, Diesel, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Behnaz Sarafpour, Alberta Ferretti, Vivienne Tam, and Narciso Rodriguez will be strutting their stuff.
