MUSIC: Tiffany Evans & Bow Wow "I'm Grown"

I'm glad Tiffany Evans, a 15-year-old R&B singer, didn't drop off the face of the earth after releasing "Promise Ring" with Ciara. Her latest single with Bow Wow is her declaration of independence. She's grown up now and she wants to make it clear that there will be no booty shaking or breast-baring, a la Britney Spears, but you will be giving her some respect. It could be the girl power anthem of spring--the time of year when teenagers are dying to get out of school and declare their independence from exams--if it's promoted properly. The video is nothing to youtube persay, but my middle school bff Chantal "Cadma" Aytes is in it at 3:28 wearing red and black. That's reason enough to post.
