  1. I dont think abcfamily did a good job picking the actors. first, Cameron in the show is nothing like Cameron in the movie. Second, Patrick in the movie is much more fierce than the Patrick on the show. And when i compare them, i'm not talking about looks, Im talking about how the actors take on the role on the show.

  2. I love this cast! Kat is fabulous, Bianca is typical movie Bianca, maybe even worse but that's good. Verona on show: WOW! Better than Ledger, more badboy. Mandela is cool on the show, she was such an alternative character in the movie with her Shakespear obsession...
I think it's a good thing the movie and tv-show are different from eachother. We don't want to watch the movie being dragged on and on...
Don't think it was meant as a comparison

  3. Hmm... The idea behind Mandela was that she was the tool to show people that the story was based of a Shakespearan play. (And so masses remain ignorant while watching the show and not pick up the play or movie). I really hate that they denied that part of her personality. It made her fun and quirky. The show is cute but the only thing I have a problem with is how much they changed Mandela and how stupid they made Joey. I loved hating him in the movie. Well, I guess they needed to tone him down to bring up Chastity.

  4. it was a good movie compared to the series. i would honestly prefer the series...but i mean what can we do? the film was good and it was occasionally funny, which is a good thing, but the actors could have acted a bit better...(no offence to any of the actors who read this) !!
