TRAILERS: Emily Blunt's "Young Victoria" & Zach Gilford's "Dare"

Emily Blunt will be taking her second stab at a lead role with the period piece biopic Young Victoria. It'll dramatize the scandalous first years of her reign and tell the romantic tale of how she fell in love with Prince Albert (Rupert Friend from Pride & Prejudice). If she pulls this off, maybe she increase her box office bankability and score more high profile roles.

When I heard that Zach Gilford was trying to slowly transition away from the cult favorite series "Friday Night Lights," I was a little worried about which movies he'd choose to make his debut. The romantic comedy Post Grad starring Alexis Bledel ("Gilmore Girls") may have been a hit-and-a-miss, but perhaps this drama will be interesting enough to get him some critical acclaim. Dare follows three high school students who decide to stop playing it safe and live life as extremely as they can. Gilford plays a guy who gets caught between two best friends (actress/singer Emmy Rossum and actor Ashley Springer) who are equally interested in him, despite his simple desire to make some friends. Bisexual threesomes always lead to reverence when it comes to man-on-man action. Sounds like a winner.
