Why he's Crushworthy: The trailers focus on the shenanigans of four bridesmaids and a bride, but they fail to mention that there is a short-but-sweet love story interspersed between each humiliating event. Given such a short amount of time to woo the frazzled Kristen Wiig (and the ladies in the audience), O'Dowd badgered her about her recklessness, built up her self-esteem, and melted us with his Irish brogue. The film was hilarious with or without him and I'd watch it again and buy it, but Chris is why the rewind button was invented.
Where you can see him next: The dramedy Hippie Hippie Shake with Sienna Miller and Cillian Murphy; the comedy Frankie Goes Boom with Charlie Hunnam, comedian Whitney Cummings, and Adam Pally ("Happy Endings"); the Jennifer Westfeldt indie comedy Friends with Kids with Kristen Wiig, Jon Hamm, Maya Rudolph, Edward Burns, Adam Scott ("Parks and Recreation") and Megan Fox; and the Knocked Up spinoff This is Forty with Paul Rudd, Leslie Mann, and Megan Fox.
