The Fall
Lee Pace stars in a fantastical film about a hospital bedridden man who tells a tale to a little girl who has a broken collar bone so that she can do him favors. The tale is so vivid that it starts to intertwine with reality. The cinematography is amazing, which makes sense since it's by Tarsem Singh, who also directed The Cell. I'm not really sure what "fall" the title is referring to, but someone on a message board deduced that it could be this: "the bedridden dude suffered paralysis due to "The Fall" and uses the little girl (and the story) to be a good bandit and get him morphine to commit suicide."

Meet Bill
Meet Bill (Aaron Eckhart from No Reservations). He has a shitty job at a bank where they treat him like a glorified intern. He's gotten fat over the years. His wife (Elizabeth Banks from Definitely, Maybe) is cheating on him with an on-the-scene reporter (Timothy Olyphant from Catch and Release). And all of his patheticness becomes evident to him when he's forced to mentor a brutally honest teenager (Logan Lerman from "Jack & Bobby"). So while he's having his widely publicized, mid-life crisis, he allows the kid to mentor him instead with a little help from the peanut gallery, which includes a lovely rebound love interest (Jessica Alba).
