Tom Cruise may be up for the action thriller 28th Amendment, where he would play a guy who discovers that America is being "controlled by a super secret organization that terminates those that get in its way" after he becomes the President of the United States. And to guarantee its box office success, Denzel Washington has signed on to play the leader of the secret society. As for the meaning behind the title, the 28th amendment is in regards to a candidate receiving illegal campaign funds.
