Yes, plural. For those of you who've seen Wanted, you probably know that the only character who could possibly be in the sequel for sure is James McAvoy. And what kind of sequels would those be? Without The Fraternity, he's a pretty average guy. Unless of course he starts one of his own, which is what most moviegoers would assume.
But reports are saying that the sequels will most likely follow McAvoy's character as he is hunted down by the other factions of The Fraternity that are sprinkled all over the world. Don't want to spoil the ending, but they won't exactly thrilled by his retaliation. Terrence Stamp, the old man who protected his father, will return, most likely as his trainer. And there's a chance that Angelina Jolie will have a part, appearing in flashbacks that will retell the story of how she was initiated. We'll meet her recruiter, who becomes McAvoy's nemesis.
Sounds awesome.
