ALBUM REVIEW: T-Pain's "Thr33 Ringz"

I mainly think of T-Pain as a collaborator, not a solo artist, but I chose to give—what is actually his third album—a fair shot. Surprise, surprise, the best tracks are the ones where he collaborates with other artists. Who did he snag? Ludacris, Chris Brown, Ciara, Lil Wayne, Akon, T.I., Kanye West, Musiq, Diddy, Mary J. Blige, and DJ Khaled. While "Blowing Up," the upbeat love song featuring Ciara, falls flat, I did enjoy the candid relationship discussion with Akon and T.I. on "It Aint Me," the dance beats and chorus-crooning of Chris Brown on "Freeze," and the hilarious woman-hating with Kanye on "Therapy."
