Angelina Jolie is SUPER intimidating. That's why she's the go-to for upscale female-oriented action movies. Even though Jennifer Garner did Electra and five seasons of "Alias," Jolie is the lady you call to bring a man down a few notches. Some would say it's her beauty or even her uncanny bravado, but I think it's her dark hair. That's why it was a really smart move putting Angie in a blonde wig for the first half of the film, so she can appear innocent. It totally helps her sell it. Then she transforms into the Angie we all know and fear—dark hair, cold stare, ready for action:
Plot: As a CIA officer, Evelyn Salt (Angelina Jolie) swore an oath to duty, honor and country. Her loyalty will be tested when a defector accuses her of being a Russian spy. Salt goes on the run, using all her skills and years of experience as a covert operative to elude capture. Salt's efforts to prove her innocence only serve to cast doubt on her motives, as the hunt to uncover the truth behind her identity continues and the question remains: "Who is Salt?"
