Alright Carey Mulligan, you win! I didn't want to like you. I was all set to champion a campaign against you. And then you went and did this. In the indie drama The Greatest she plays a young woman who has to figure out how to get along with her true love's family for the sake of their unborn child. The hitch: He (Aaron Johnson from Kick-Ass) died tragically in a car accident and his mother (Susan Sarandon) blames her, even though they were parked. She handles the entire situation with grace, patience and gratitude—probably in the same way Mulligan would—and with time the family works through their grief together for the sake of this new life.
Release Date: April 2
I can't wait for her to play someone unseemly. Remember, it's always the quiet ones you have to watch out for.
